We were founded after witnessing firsthand how often home-based care fell short. Too many families were receiving generic, rushed support from caregivers who didn't take the time to truly understand who they were serving. We set out to change that.

Why I Started Fodor Healthcare Services
I started Fodor Healthcare Services because I believe deeply that care should feel personal, honest, and dependable — the kind of care you'd expect for your own family here in Texas.
Over the years, I saw how easily home-based care could become rushed, impersonal, and disconnected. Families weren't just looking for help with daily tasks — they were looking for reassurance. They wanted to know that someone would show up consistently, take the time to listen, and treat their loved one with patience, dignity, and genuine respect.
At Fodor, we slow down enough to truly understand who we are serving. I built this agency on the belief that everyone deserves care that supports independence rather than taking it away — care that honors culture and family values, and feels respectful, not clinical.
